Warndon Wombles nominated for National Award

The Warndon Wombles have been nominated for a BBC “Make a Difference Green Award” for their inspiring work. With over 145 members, the litter group have made an outstanding difference to their local area.

Sarah, the founder of the group, has said that their litter picking initiatives are so successful that the group often have to move further afield to find litter to pick.
